• Rate shown are valid for any Malaysian student, and is studying at any education institution / higher learning / university (in Malaysia or Outside Malaysia) OR Non-Malaysian / Foreign student who study at any education institution / higher learning / university in Malaysia ONLY
• Student must show their original and valid (not expired) Matric Card / Student ID upon meeting us 
• Rate shown are for your journey in Penang State ONLY (Outside Penang we use different rate. This also indicates that our car rental have mileage limit)  
• Rate shown are excluding Collision damage waiver 
• Rate excluding fuel 
• Rate excluding Penang Bridge Toll & Highway Toll 
• Rate excluding Car Delivery charge (send & return) 
• Subject to our standard rental terms and conditions 
• We provide full maintenance 
• We provide car replacement 
• Our Working Hours: 7.30AM - 10.30PM
• Minimum car rental: 4 Hours
• Over Night: 10.30PM to 7.30AM*  
• Short-term and long-term basis car rental are provided
• For new customer, please bring a copy of 2 different persons' IC / Passport, Driving Licence and Matric Card / Student ID.
• To reserve our cars, we require a booking fee of RM50 to RM100, in which it is non-refundable if the Hirer failed to show up or cancel their rental request at specified date (but rental date changes are allowed with minimum 48 hours notification at cost of Hirer)
• We require a minimum of RM70 to RM1,500 (or equivalent currency) as the security deposit returnable after 2 weeks upon car return in good order
• Please reserve at least 24 hours (1 day or more) before you plan to rent our cars.

P/S: The best procedure to contact us is for you to Email us or PM us at our Facebook Fanpage. If you prefer swift reply please contact us via Whats App. And if no response please SMS. If still no reply, only then you make a phone call. Please follow this procedure because we receive hundreds phone calls everyday (and most of the calls are just 'asking' and never make a booking reservation). And based on our record, most calls that we received are at late night (10.45pm till 7.30am), where our office is already closed (our working hours: 8.30am - 9.30pm).
